French cuisine has always fascinated me but it’s not easy to find an authentic restaurant in town that brings the real French taste to the table. I recently dined at the Eiffel Tower restaurant, a sophisticated restaurant located on the 11th floor of of Paris Las Vegas’ Eiffel Tower, and now I understand why thousands of proposals were made there.
It is one of the most romantic restaurants of the city, also thanks to it breathtaking view to the strip and the Bellagio Fountains which are right across the street.
The attire is very upscale and the decor recalls France in every single detail.
The exquisite dishes are created by Chef Joho, every dish is highly curated in every detail, I highly recommend you to look for Fig and brioche, baked lobster, lobster salad and Cold Foie Gras.
They offer a different menu for lunch, dinner and brunch. I’ve had the pleasure to dine at lunch and dinner, and I honestly can’t decide if the strip is more beautiful during the day or lighted up at night.
It’s always a remarkable experience, especially if you request a table by the window.
My husband and I always enjoy getting a few different starters to taste different flavors and then I usually order an entree recommended by the manager.
Leave space for the authentic desserts, you will not find them anywhere else! I recommend the Eiffel Tower Chocolate plate. I truly enjoy dining with my other half at the Eiffel tower, and If you are a fan of the french cuisine you will too! The atmosphere and the flavors can really make you feel like you’re dining in Paris.
It is one of my favorite upscale restaurants on the strip, especially when I’m celebrating a special occasion.
